About Bobby

Hi, I am Bobby Jones, a best-selling author, renowned speaker, and trusted C-Suite advisor. Through my keynotes and workshops, I provide audiences with an essential roadmap for achieving purposeful growth in their lives and businesses. My work helps leaders find lasting fulfillment and meaning in their work by igniting the spark that transforms lives, organizations, and the world for the better.

At the height of my career as a marketing executive, I experienced a lack of meaning in my life. I often wondered if my work was making any real difference in the world and searched for a way to pay the bills while doing work with a higher purpose. I knew I was not alone. Many of my colleagues working in companies and brands felt a similar void in their work lives.

With a burning desire to live a more fulfilling life, I embarked on a self-discovery journey to find my purpose. Along this path, I was inspired by the Story of The Two Wolves. An old Cherokee chief was teaching his grandson about life. He said, "A fight is going on inside me," he told the boy. "It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil — he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego."

He continued, "The other is good — he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you — and inside every other person, too."

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"

The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."

I realized that in a culture feeding divisiveness, greed, and disregard for others and our planet, I wanted to use my talents to show people in business and culture how to find meaning in their work. This clarity of purpose led to my first book, "Good is the New Cool: Market Like You Give a Damn" (co-authored with Afdhel Aziz), a bold manifesto and how-to guide to do well by doing good, which became a bestseller.

Since then, I have helped ignite and serve a global movement using culture and commerce to create a better world. My work has helped people in over 150 countries develop solutions to global challenges. My talks, consultations, and workshops have helped accelerate the success of companies such as Gap Inc., Coca-Cola, adidas, Microsoft, PepsiCo, and Nike, to  profitably grow their brands, markets, people, and cultures by adding value to society.

As a speaker, I travel the world, helping leaders find the spark that helps them come alive. I use speaking as a platform for transformation—to bring out and bring forth the potential within others to lead and live with purpose. I bring creativity to my talks, treating them as platforms to explore new ideas, perspectives, and possibilities for our lives and world. I believe powerful gifts are within us all, and I find immense joy in helping people discover and share their talents with the world.

Speaking is where my calling to serve is expressed through words. I am a maker of moments, creating meaningful and memorable experiences that engage, delight, and connect audiences. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a large audience, I strive to create moments that profoundly move people.

I look forward to exploring how I can help you and your audience find the spark you've been seeking.
